Tabling


Organizations that are interested in tabling at the 2012 Ithaca Festival must fill out an application. Only non profit, service or social organizations may participate, no for profit businesses are allowed. Organizations that wish to have items for sale must include a description of the items on the application and all items must be approved by our office. All tabling applications will be reviewed and you will be notified via email of your acceptance status by April 1st. All tablers will be provided with a 6 ft table and 2 chairs. Tablers are required to provide an appropriate and informative display and behave in a professional manner. The Festival does not allow political or religious groups to table. Tabling will be allowed on all 3 days of the festival. Tabling hours are from noon to 6.
Tabling fee – $25 per day.

Note: The tabling rate for all organizations is $25 per day. Tabling permits will not be distributed to businesses.
Host a Kid's Activity! Are you willing to provide a craft/activity/entertainment in the Family Fun tent? This would be a great addition to the festival and we will waive your entrance fee! Tablers who get involved with Family Fun will also receive choice tabling locations during the festival. Yes! We will host in the Family Fun Tent!

You may request to sell wares. Please list what they will be. All sales subject to approval by Festival staff.

Note: All organizations will be provided with a 6 ft table and 2 chairs. 

You may bring your own 10′ easy-up tent if you wish.
