Where and When
Traditionally, the festival takes place the weekend after Memorial Day. On Thursday, the festival kicks off with the parade which travels south along Cayuga St. from Lewis St to Dewitt Park. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday the festival spreads over the entire Commons in the heart of the City of Ithaca.

Accessibility
If you have a disability that will require special arrangements to fully participate in the Ithaca Festival, please call us at 607-273-3646 or email info@ithacafestival.org before the week of the festival. As these arrangements could take time to fulfill please contact us as soon as possible so that we can give you the best possible festival experience. At Stewart Park, anyone who possess a handicapped parking permit will be allowed to drive in and park in the Park. For more information during festival weekend, go to the main merchandise booth.
Applying to the Festival
All participants in the festival must apply. Applications for performers, crafters, food vendors, the parade, and the Gorges Green Expo are available online each year on February 2nd. Performer applications deadline on March 17.
