With Ithaca working hard at becoming one of the greenest cities in the nation, it’s no surprise that the Gorges Green Expo is returning to Stewart Park on Sunday June 2nd, bigger and better than ever. The Gorges Green Expo has expanded to become one of the premier sustainability events in Tompkins County and the surrounding area.

The Gorges Green Expo educates festival goers of all ages – from early green adopters to those curious about today’s marketplace – about environmental awareness and green initiatives that are developing in our area. We are reinforcing or commitment to sustainability; visitors will learn about everything from energy saving techniques to tips on maintaining a sustainable lifestyle here in greater Ithaca.

The Expo will provide opportunities for festival goers to network with a variety of businesses that display and promote “green” products and services. These interactions will inevitably help bolster the awareness, vision and potential of Ithaca and Tompkins Country achieving a healthy and sustainable future.
