2012 DOWNLOADABLE Food Vendor Application
Each year over 20 food vendors enjoy being a part of the largest annual celebration in Tompkins County, an event that attracts over 30,000 people over the course of four days.
This year the festival will be held Downtown on the Ithaca Commons on Friday and Saturday and Sunday. There will be no move to Stewart Park on Sunday. The Parade will be held on Thursday evening on Cayuga Street however there is no food vending that evening.
Please get your application to us as early as you can. We will be looking for as much variety in the food choices as possible. We like to offer an intriguing balance of ethnic and local and All American foods at the festival. The food court is a well loved area of the Festival and we like to keep everyone happy and coming back every year to sample their old favorites as well as try something new.
Booth Fees:
- 10 x10 is $1150
- 10’ x 15’ is $1675
- 10’x 20’ it is $2300
Please note this year’s important due dates:
- March 17th: Your application and $25 application fee
- April 1st: Notification of acceptance/rejection
- April 15th: 50% of booth fee and $100 security deposit and
- May 15th: 50% remainder of fee due
